Territory Manager

Are you looking to be a Territory Manager/ Salesperson who wants to have fun, earn money, be real and help out? If so, We are looking to build a team of Territory Managers to help grow our amazing family run external cleaning company.


You are expected to be an excellent communicator who understands our customer needs and always strives to ensure clients are beyond happy. We strive to give the most phenomenal experience to each and every customer.

Role Responsibilities

  • Maintain customer information and data input into the company CRM

Person Specification

  • Experience as a Territory Manager / Sales Role ideally
  • A track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred
  • High "ID or DI" DISC Profile (we will carry out a DISC profile at interview stage)

  • This is a sales role, and as such, you can expect your package to include a results-related bonus
  • Your wage will be £500 per week as a basic plus 5% of EVERY deal even if the deal is a new customer, referral or repeat customer. You close it, you get the commission.

Wondering how much commission you could earn?

Well, we charge £2000 + VAT per day (Per Van), 5 days a week so you do the math!!


And if you don’t want to do the math……


Based on the 253 working days across the year you could earn £25,300 in commission from 1 van!! We will buy the vans, train the staff, and grow the company if you have the want to have fun, make money, be real and help out.

  • You will also get a company car, tablet, mobile phone, and all that good stuff.
  • Full training is provided on how our SoftWashing Process works and how we expect you to manage your territory. The first few weeks are made up of training and test which you must pass to continue employment with us.

Lead Technician

We’re looking for Lead Technicians to work as part of a two-person team, working on-site to use our incredible external cleaning equipment on our customers homes in the Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch areas.


Our sole purpose is to improve customers' homes and ease their minds, reducing their To-Do lists by providing a high quality clean, every time.


As a Lead Technician, you'll be part of a small team providing that incredible service! You'll be on the ground, interacting with our customers directly, and experiencing something new every day!

Role Responsibilities

  • As part of a team, meet production goals for the week/month and carry out cleaning and sanitising
  • Manage Assistant Technician to ensure they complete their duties
  • Take care of company vehicles, including vehicle checks, equipment checks, and daily preparation
  • Daily use of PPE and Safety Equipment while on the job site, including protection of customer’s property and landscape from physical or chemical damages
  • Collect required Before & After pictures/video to document the work as it progresses.
  • Complete projects with a final walk around with customers, ensuring accuracy of work and collection of payment.
  • Attend company meetings, promotional and/or social events, including training courses, as required

  • As a Lead Technician, you'll be part of a two-person team and will need to be ready to take on that responsibility and leadership role

Assistant Technician

We’re looking for Assistant Technicians to work alongside our Lead Technicians, using our fantastic external cleaning equipment on our customers' homes in the Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch areas.

As an Assistant Technician, you'll be part of a small team providing that incredible service! You'll be on the ground, interacting with our customers directly, and experiencing something new every day!

  • Aid Lead Technician to meet production goals for the week/month and carry out cleaning and sanitising
  • Take care of company vehicles, including vehicle checks, equipment checks, and daily preparation

  • Attend company meetings, promotional and/or social events, including training courses, as required

And all the important details...

  • We're pretty flexible to tell you the truth. Whatever experience you might (or might not!) have will influence the package we offer. That doesn't mean we're looking for people who have years of cleaning experience though - we provide full training and you don't need any experience to work for us!
  • This is a cleaning role with a basic salary of £20,000. As a minimum, we’d expect your OTE to be £30k+ in year one

Leaflet Dropper

There’s real power in getting your message straight into the hands of your customers, which is why we are looking for active individuals to distribute leaflets door-to-door.


Our Leaflet Droppers are essential to our business - you're what drives us forward!


We're looking to target Shaftesbury and the surrounding areas, including Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, and Salisbury. You will need your own transport for this role!

Role Responsibilities

  • Door-to-door delivery of flyers to private homes in assigned areas
  • Hand-to-hand distribution of flyers in public places with a high footfall
  • Flexible working hours to work around your daily life.

Person Specification

  • Energy and enthusiasm
  • Good communication skills for engaging with potential customers
  • Hard-working, professional and punctual
  • Your own transport is essential

And all the important details...

  • We're pretty flexible when it comes to our Leaflet Droppers - want to work only two days a week between university or college? No problem. Want to work 5-6 days? Sure, we can make it happen!
  • We're also happy for you to be self-employed or employed by Clearstone Solutions - whatever works for you.
  • Although you will need your own transport, we do pay a mileage fee alongside an hourly rate for the work you do!
  • Training will be provided, along with a leaflet bag and clicker to aid distribution
