Clearstone Solutions has been a family-run business since 1974, beginning as a window cleaning company and expanding to now include a whole range of cleaning, restoring and sanitising services. Our aim is to provide the highest quality cleaning and restoration for homes or residential buildings, all whilst ensuring our clients feel fully informed and comfortable with our procedures.

Territory Manager
Are you looking to be a Territory Manager/ Salesperson who wants to have fun, earn money, be real and help out? If so, We are looking to build a team of Territory Managers to help grow our amazing family run external cleaning company.
You are expected to be an excellent communicator who understands our customer needs and always strives to ensure clients are beyond happy. We strive to give the most phenomenal experience to each and every customer.
Most importantly though... you will need to share our core values!
Salary - £26,000 per annum + 5 - 8% comission for each paid deal. Must be able to drive and be awesome at fixing our customers issues rather than being Salesy salesy!
Your wage will be £500 per week as a basic plus 5% - 8% of EVERY deal even if the deal is a new customer, referral or repeat customer. You close it, you get the commission.
Wondering how much commission you could earn?
Well, we charge £1800 + VAT per day (Per Van), 5 days a week so you do the math!!
And if you don’t want to do the math……
Based on the 253 working days across the year you could earn £22,770 in commission from 1 van!! We will buy the vans, train the staff, and grow the company if you have the want to have fun, make money, be real and help out.

Absolutely! We are looking for part-time, full time and flexible working.
Q: Does age matter?
No, as long as you are a Core Value match we can’t wait to hear from you.
Q: Does it matter where I live?
No, as long as it is an SP, BH, BA or DT postcode we are good to go.
Q: Can I be a Territory Manager at the weekends?
Yes, absolutely, we encourage it as all decision-makers tend to be available.
Q: How often would I have to leaflet drop?
When your self generated leads are not coming in or when you are quoting as we have a popcorn marketing approach. Generating your own leads is a MUST!
Q: Will I need to knock on people's doors?
Yes, this is a major part of generating your own leads and as the success rate is so high why wouldn’t you want to?
Lead Technician

Salary - £28,000 - £35,000 per annum + 10% of salary Production bonus (Paid Quarterly). Must be able to drive.
Assistant Technician
We’re looking for Assistant Technicians to work alongside our Lead Technicians, using our fantastic external cleaning equipment on our customers' homes in the Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch areas.
Our sole purpose is to improve customers' homes and ease their minds, reducing their To-Do lists by providing a high quality clean, every time.
As an Assistant Technician, you'll be part of a small team providing that incredible service! You'll be on the ground, interacting with our customers directly, and experiencing something new every day!
Salary - £24,000 - £30,000 per annum + 10% of salary Production bonus (Paid Quarterly) Must be able to drive.
Leaflet Dropper

We're looking to target Shaftesbury and the surrounding areas, including Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, and Salisbury. You will need your own transport for this role!
£9 per hour + Fuel Paid @£0.40 per mile
Must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle. Full or Part time hours available.
